The Perfect Pitch — Resume Workshop for Mid-Career Public Health Professionals
Overview
Rising and experienced public health professionals — many mid-career or navigating transitions — lacked structured guidance for positioning their expertise in a hiring landscape shaped by ATS screening, AI tools, and automation. Generic career resources didn't account for their depth of experience or the specific challenges of pivoting within or beyond public health.
What I Built
- A 4-session virtual workshop program (4 hours total) for professionals ages 25–60.
- A full instructional design document with program learning objectives, session-by-session structure, and facilitator framework
- Content sequenced across resume formatting, transferable skills articulation, strategic storytelling, and ATS/AI navigation
- Applied STAR method and professional narrative techniques for an audience with substantial experience to reframe, not just present
