New Hire Onboarding Tracker & Dashboard
Overview
No centralized system existed to manage new hire onboarding across pre-arrival, orientation, technical training, and 90-day milestones. Process lived in email threads and individual memory — creating gaps in compliance documentation and missed check-ins.
What I Built
- A full-lifecycle Excel tracker covering new hires across 14 weekly cohorts (March–July).
- Auto-calculated 30/60/90-day check-in dates with a linked dashboard view
- Explicit stakeholder ownership across HR, Training Instructor, and Compliance — nothing living in email.
