Overview
E2 EmpowerED needed an instructional designer to build a 4-week Career Exploration and Restorative Justice Training (CTRJ) program for youth and young adults ages 16–24 — designed and delivered in real time as the program launched, integrating career development with restorative justice principles, DEI, and mediation training.
What I Built
- Designed and wrote 16 daily facilitation guides across 4 program weeks, with sector-specific modules spanning strategy, finance, tech, healthcare, and aviation.
- Produced a 66-slide facilitator deck with embedded activities, discussion prompts, and real-world examples covering resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn, personal branding, and job applications.
- Developed portfolio and career tools including resume templates, LinkedIn profile guidance, career interest worksheets, and self-assessment instruments.
