bp's flagship global senior leadership program ran 30 sessions across Houston and international teams — with executive-level participants and no margin for operational failure. The role demanded someone who could own delivery completely, resolve problems before they reached participants, and make the program better with every session.
What I Built
- Served as the Operational Lead for bp's flagship global senior leadership program — owning end-to-end delivery across 30 sessions, executive-level participants, and teams spanning Houston and abroad
- Served as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across global functions, resolving real-time challenges before they reached participants
- Applied a continuous improvement framework across all 30 sessions — capturing insights after each to identify gaps and sharpen delivery quality
- Recognized by program leadership for exceeding performance expectations and elevating the overall delegate experience
