Overview
Business units needed learning solutions aligned to their specific priorities — not generic programs handed down from corporate. The role required operating as an internal consultant to HR and business leaders, diagnosing capability gaps and translating them into targeted learning strategies.
What I Built
- Served as a trusted learning advisor to HR and business unit leaders, conducting organizational needs assessments to diagnose capability gaps and align learning strategy with business priorities
- Drove pre-launch quality assurance for Amdocs U — an enterprise onboarding platform with 85+ learning curricula and 3,500+ learning items — executing UAT to validate content accuracy and learning plan integrity ahead of global rollout
- Launched an inaugural technical learning program for 20 software developers in partnership with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), expanding organizational capability in cloud-based technology
- Led end-to-end development and implementation of targeted learning programs, translating corporate initiatives into solutions customized to specific business unit needs
- Partnered cross-functionally across HR, talent acquisition, and talent management to synchronize learning solutions and ensure consistent program delivery
- Prepared and presented program dashboards and status reports to middle management, using LMS data to measure learning effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions
